CrossFit Trainer, Level 1
Certified Nutrition Coach - Venice Nutrition
My CrossFit journey began in January of 2013 shortly after having my second child. CrossFit brought out the inner athlete that had been dormant for years after my soccer career ended and rekindled my inner passion for health and fitness. I decided to pursue that passion further to help others with their own health by becoming a certified personal trainer in 2014. I get so much joy helping people see their strengths and watching their confidence grow.
Besides growing up playing soccer, I’ve played softball, ran track and have completed several 5k, 10k, half marathon and Ragnar races.
Outside of the fitness world, I work at University of Cincinnati Medical Center as a RN specializing in open heart surgery. I get a chance to see too often what poor health does to our bodies from the inside. This has just added more fuel to my fire by wanting to help as many people as possible well before they enter the OR.
Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy and my passion is to encourage people to find the best versions of themselves!
