P1: 300m run

P2: AMRAP of 12 wall balls, 14 to 9’/20 to 10 + 12 dumbbell deadlifts + 12 hand-release push ups

P3: Double kettlebell front rack hold

 

When P1 comes back from the run, partners rotate. P1 will pick up where P2 left off in the AMRAP. Score is overall number of rounds.
