Just starting CrossFit? Beginner On-Board classes are the proper way to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit while learning the form and execution of the Olympic weight lifting moves. These personalized small group classes are led by our experienced coaches and include a workout each class. Learn from experienced, safety conscious coaches to prepare to join CrossFit Continuity WOD classes.
On-Board classes meet every Tue, Wed and Fri at 7:00 pm. Although it is not required to take these classes in order, a few classes are *mandatory. Register for each class online with the understanding that the sooner you complete the OB process, the sooner you can join CrossFit WOD classes. Beginner On-Board is only $120.00 for 10 classes.
